Description

Situated with the New Forest National Park , close to Keyhaven Quay and surrounded by Farmland. Needles View looks South across farmland to the Isle of Wight "Needles" and North across Farmland with own rear gate to footpath and fields.

"The Gun" is our closest Pub being a five minute walk away in Keyhaven or Milford on Sea is 1 mile distant with four restaurants (including a Thai, Fish, Indian and Italian) and three pubs.

Keyhaven Marshes are very popular with Bird Watchers and the Historic Hurst Castle can be accessed from Keyhaven Via Ferry or a three mile round trip walk (tiring on shingle!!).

Keyhaven is great for dinghy sailing and Mount Lake for Windsurfers and Kitesurfers!.

Situated in the New Forest National park this is a beautiful and peaceful part of England right on the coast and opposite the Isle of Wight. Horse Riding and Yachting are both close by. Lymington is 5 miles distance and we are equidistant between thriving Bournemouth and Southampton.

Keyhaven is well known for its Salt Marshes and bird watching. Hurst Spit with Hurst Castle guarding the entrance to the Solent world famous for its Yachting. The property is surrounded by farmland with the Isle of Wight "Needles" opposite.

Keyhaven Quay is a short walk with the popular pub "The Gun". Milford on Sea village one mile distant has a good range of shops and eating places including a Thai, several pubs, an Indian, an italian and a fish restaurant.

Milford on Sea has an annual Music festival July 9th - 11th this year and also a Carnival in August.
