A fabulous top 7th floor apartment (lift to all floors) with magnificent views over Xeraco Beach - A Blue Flag Beach and Mediterranean Sea. Situated on the Costa del Azahar, Orange blossom coast. The beautiful golden sandy Blue Flag beach is never crowded even during high season and is 50 meters (across the road) from the apartment as you can see from the apartment balcony. The best thing about this area is that there are no hotels on the Playa. All apartments are privately owned. The view from the balcony is like a picture postcard, as the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions, north to Cullera 15 miles and south to Denia 25 miles. The Playa is well served with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, Play area for the children, Chemist and a Medical Centre. The apartment sleeps 6. Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite, 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2nd bathroom, Lounge and Dining Area, Kitchen, Utility Area and large sunny balcony with table and chairs overlooking a fabulous beach which is never crowed even during the high season. A communal pool, gardens, sunbathing area, private gated designated covered car parking.
The dramatic La Safor mountain range forms the back drop to Xeraco Playa, several narrow roads wind through them to small typically Spanish villages.Xeraco Playa has no 'high rise' and most of the buildings are painted in pastel colours which gives an attractive art-deco feel to this modern resort.Xeraco Playa is a family resort with a romantic feel and a beautiful uncrowded sandy beach which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.There are many restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream parlours, beach bars, supermarkets, seaside shops, weekly market, medical centre and pharmacy.150mt from the apartment is a large recreation area for various sports.Children play areas with rides, trampolines are dotted along the Playa.Just outside the beach area is a night club open weekends only.Gandia Playa and Port, 5km south from the apartment has an excellent shopping centre with designer shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs,Carrefour hypermaket, a marina and yacht club.Gandia beach is about 4 kms long

The above prices are on a weekly basis in UK Pounds Sterling. If you are in the Euro zone we will convert to euros at the rate for the day. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure the dates and the balance due 6 weeks in advance of rental. A security deposit of £200 against damage, excessive cleaning, loss of keys to be paid at time of final payment and will be refunded when the apartment has been checked and keys returned.

Prime position in Xeraco
We came across Xeraco by chance few years ago, and vowed to go back. We were touring this year and thought this would be an ideal place for a week's rest and booked this apartment for a week. What a stroke of luck! This apartment is in prime position, a few minutes walk from the vast sandy beach and is in superb condition, very well furnished and equipped. We found everything we needed - including full kitchen and laundry. Lots of places to eat within an easy level walk, mini supermarket next door in fact everything you could want. The owners, Maggie and Laurie couldn't have been more helpful, the agents are very obliging and only just across the road. We shall be going back as it is everything we want in a holiday and we recommend unreservedly.
A very good apartment
Close to very nice sandy beach with good space for up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Well maintained and very fine cleaning state. Very good service from the owner (by email) in advance. Very nice private pool and garden. Good service from the English speaking Agent which is located over the road. Good basis for excursions into the beautiful country behind. Here you find several small towns in the mountains. Small shop with most needed food stuff is located in same building as apartment. Several bars and restaurants are located within easy walking distance.
Xeraco Apartment
We have stayed in this apartment many times. This apartment has a superb location, it is situated just across the road from a fabulous sandy beach, ideal for children. Numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Absolutely stunning view of the beach from the balcony of the apartment. Would highly recommend it.
Place in the Sun
Had a wonderful week here, fantastic having the top apartment anyway and the sea is under 2 minutes walk away. The beach is one of the largest I have ever seen and even though it was the peak summer period it was never crowed, in fact sometimes it was just us and another family! Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and a lovely balcony from which to admire the views.
