This stunning, modern detached villa enjoys a fantastic location next to the sea and just a couple of minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach of Cala Blanca. There are amazing sea views from the villa and from the lovely roof terrace.
There's a combined living/kitchen area which is equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, Central Island and small breakfast bar. There's a sofa which can convert to a sofa bed for one person, TV & DVD player. There are doors from the lounge out to the covered terrace.
The small corridor leading off the lounge leads to a shower room (washing machine located in here), and 3 bedrooms. There's a double room and 2 single rooms. The bedrooms all have drawers, hanging space and a fan.
This means that the villa can sleep 4 people in beds, and 5 including the sofa bed.
There's a lovely sunbathing terrace around the pool area, and a beautiful private pool with roman steps for your sole use. There's a BBQ on the terrace for those perfect summer evenings.
There's a gateway into the villa's garden and a fixed gate across the steps to the roof terrace so this property has been maintained with families in mind.
