Set in a private complex it is a 3 min walk to the town square where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars and shops. The accommodation is over 2 floors - the first has a spacious living area with balconies and wonderful views of the town/ mountains. A fully fitted kitchen and laundry area with a washing machine, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and full size oven. Staircase leads to the second floor and en suite master bedroom with bath and shower. Two further twin bedrooms both sharing a large bathroom with a shower and bath. All bedrooms have wardrobes and all have storage space & spectacular mountain views. Equipment includes TV, DVD, stereo, iPod station and Freeview box. Towels/ linen are provided. Due to balconies not suitable for very young children
The apartment was completed in August 2007 and has been fitted to a very luxurious standard. All bookings are confirmed within 24 hours and a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 28 days before arrival. All guests are escorted to the apartment by our agent and given an introduction to the property.
The apartment has it's own private underground secure parking place as parking is at a premium in Soller especially during the summer months.
Check out time to suit guests and we try not back to back bookings to allow flexibility of arrival/departure times.
There are several golf courses on Mallorca and we are able to make reservations should you require

A 30 Euro deposit is required for the car park pass payable on arrival.
We accept payment in pounds for customers booking in the UK (cheque , cash or bank transfer) or in Euros cash direct to our agent in Mallorca on arrival for those outside of the UK or by transfer to our Spanish bank account.
The price is regardless of the number of occupants and includes all air con / heating charges and final clean.
A 20% deposit is needed to secure the booking and the balance paid 28 days before arrival .
Cancelation of booking prior to 90 days, deposit refunded .
Cancelations less than 28 days before arrival no refund but transfer may be possible .

All bedrooms have ample storage with plenty of coat hangers and draw space and each room has a hair dryer/hair straighteners. Each bed has a duvet and extra pillows/spare blankets provided in each room. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning/ heating. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and the twin rooms both have full size single beds that can be put together to make doubles. All bedrooms have black out curtains on the windows. There is ample storage room in all bedrooms and each room has spectacular mountain views. |

Well stocked with CD's DVD's and plenty of games suitable for all ages (lots of children's DVD's and games) and a freeview box with several English/ German and French channels. There is also a docking station for iPod Each room has central heating for winter rentals. Children are very welcome and we have lots of games, books and toys including beach buckets, etc, but we would advise that due to balconies and stairs it may not be suitable for very young children.
