This wonderful one bedroom apartment is just moments from Trafalgar Square and has a wonderful terrace with outside dining. Newly refurbished, it is luxurious, spacious and in a location which is second-to-none. The apartment is just moments from Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the National Galleries and Buckingham Palace.
The minimum stay is four nights.
FOR THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS THE MINIMUM STAY IS STRICTLY SEVEN NIGHTS.
Newly refurbished, the apartment has been lovingly and stylishly refurbished and furnished to the highest standard. The apartment is on the second floor of a small block which contains serviced apartments. We have two other apartments in this block, one of which sleeps seven and the other sleeps five. Book all 3 apartments to sleep a total 17 guests.
The apartment consists of:
• One master bedroom; the master bedroom has a double bed and there is a large family bathroom.
• The sitting room has a a large comfortable sofa which is also a double sofa bed suitable for two adults and a single bed can be added for a 5th person.
• We can also add a cot should you require it.
The main room has a dining area with a large table seating four and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the pots and pans you need for a self catering apartment.
Wireless broadband is included as is Sat TV. The apartment is double glazed, so peaceful and restful, despite being in the heart of the capital.
Bed linen and towels and cleaning are all included.

NOTE: Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay and is subject to a 3% card fee. A £500 security deposit is charged at check in and is refunded at the end of your stay. Check in is open 24 hours a day. Check in is at the apartment.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of less than 4 nights may be available subject to agreement and the price per night will increase. Please Note: The £20 booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
