NOTE: Service fee: £ 50,- for arrival, departure clean and key handover management (arrivals after 1800 till 900 am would need to have compulsory taxi service of our chosen/trusted company for key handover and/or incur £ 20,- for alternative key handover i.e. self check in arrangements – possible at any time!). Weekly cleaning service can be arranged (basic clean linenchange every 14 days).
Key/Damage deposit: £ 150,- This amount will be kept till 14 days after departure! It will then be re-transferred into your bank account.

5/6 person staying: Supplement of £ 20,- per person, per day.
(Note: We supply for total group size, bedsheets, pillows, linen, towels. Additionally, baby cot (for up to 2 yrs old) available- FREE OF CHARGE – WITHOUT LINEN.)
