Luxurious Central London apartment

Localización perfecta, apartamento muy limpio
Recomiendo este apartemento, me resultó algo caro pero mereció la pena. Contratamos con ellos directamente el transfer del aeropuerto y allí nos esperaban, nos dio las llaves el conductor y genial. El apartemento estaba super nuevo y muy limpio. Como era tarde nos habían preparado ya las camas y nos habían comprado unos croissants, leche y algo para desayunar a la mañana siguiente. Un verdadero detalle. Al día siguiente vino Timi para enseñarnos como encender la cocina o el horno, agua caliente y la red wifi. Incluso el apartamento ponía a disposición un mini portatil para poder consultar internet. Me encantó que había un montón de productos de limpieza, detergente para la lavadora, pastillas para el lavaplatos que siempre viene genial no tener que ir a compar. Todo estaba muy limpio, vajilla, cacerolas, baño...Todo muy cómodo. A resaltar que la habitación de matrimonio está perfecta pero la otra habitación puede resultar algo pequeña si van dos adultos, una de las camas era un sofa cama y bueno ibamos con dos niños y perfecto, pero no sé si a un adulto se le quedaría algo incómoda. En el salón hay un sofá bien grande que quizás se puede usar como cama. El sitio perfecto, a unos 10 minutos andando a Covent Garden, vamos no puedo decir nada negativo, lo único que claro está lo pagas, pero está tan bien que lo volvería a pagar y me volveré a alojar si vuelvo a necesitar un apartamento de estas características. Ah, se me olvidaba echamos de menos una escoba y una fregona, resulta un poco raro limpiar la grasa del suelo y la suciedad con una aspiradora, algo muy típico por otra parte en Inglaterra....El último día nos dejaron dejar las maletas por la mañana e ir a buscarlas a eso de las 3, en fin, muy agradable todo.

Great apart, Amazing Location,Incredible Service
The flat is amazing - good space especially in the shared areas. We were there are 3 adults and 2 young children - which was a bit of a push on the bedroom space but was completely workable. Extra towels, beddings and two sets of keys were made available, all of which helped in our comfort. The location is fabulous - lots of restaurants, shops, pubs and the like, plus you can walk to many of the other great neighborhoods for more of the same. Poised Concierge provided great service - by email and in person - answering questions and setting up early check-in as well as allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment until our taxi pick-up time. Highly recommend the flat and would stay there again over a hotel next time in London. It was just great to not be restricted to stuffy hotel lobbies or our individual rooms but to have the freedom that an apartment provides.

Location! Location! Location!
We enjoyed our stay. The flat was extremely clean and had everything and more. Warmly colour interior with very comfortable bed. I could not have asked for more. Being in the west end meant we were right in the centre of it all. We literarily walked everywhere.

This apartment is in excellent condition and in a superb location. I would definitley recommend this to anyone. The welcome basket was such an appreciated suprise and Timi was such a pleasure dealing with.
