A £500 security deposit is payable, which will be refunded at the end of the let, minus the cost of any damage or out of the ordinary cleaning that may be required.
A one off £100 check-in fee is payable for lets of less than 5 days.
Arrival time is between 9am - 6 pm. Anyone needing to arrive outside these times will incur an additional 50 charge.
