The formal dining room can sit 14 or more and enjoys views over the common (park) opposite.

Nearest shop as above, newsagents, foodstore at end of street. Nearest pub/eatery are trendy bars and restaurants on Bedford Hill approximately five minutes walk. On Bellevue Road overlooking Wandsworth Common (five minutes drive away) there are numerous bars and restaurants including the Michelin-star Chez Bruce. Nearest Airports are Gatwick (45minutes drive), Heathrow (1 hour). Nearest stations are Balham Mainline and Underground 10minutes walk. Nearest bus is 4minutes walk direct to Sloane Square.
