Description

The house stands alone on a small hill, surrounded by a grassy private garden overlooking rolling Tuscan countryside. The house has outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, a BBQ, and shares a large pool with a few apartments in the nearby farmhouse. Nunziata is reached by a winding white road with little traffic, but is not isolated, sharing a large communal garden with the old farmhouse. There are lots of walks in the area, details of can be found at the house. Nearby is Monte Voltaio, a remarkable rocky hill which is easily climbed for magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Please note: Casa Nunziata is not suitable for large or loud groups wishing to party into the night, and we ask our guests to respect the tranquillity of the area.
