Las Cabanes enjoys a private setting in beautiful rolling countryside yet is only 3 minutes from the pretty village of Le Temple Sur Lot with its amenities, riverside walks and restaurant. It’s the ideal spot to unwind or explore all the region has to offer. Popular with several families or groups of friends who want to holiday together.

Grande Cabanes is a large barn conversion with 6 bedrooms. La Rosa is a separate studio cottage. set in three acres of gardens and grounds, each property has its own gardens and terraces to ensure privacy. They are let as one unit during July and August.
The house is large, comfortable and well equipped but retains a relaxed family friendly feel, with lots of character, beams and terracotta floors.
The private 10x5m swimming pool has a shallow end for children and roman steps for access as well as a large pool terrace with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside and new luxury rattan sun loungers for 2011. There is a pool alarm fitted for security and underwater floodlights.
Theres plenty to entertain all ages with pool table, table football, darts, football nets, courtesy bikes, badminton rackets, boules, childrens swing and slide, toys and games, music system with IPOD Dock /DVD, organ and loungers on site so you may never want to venture out.
But if you do theres lots of reasonably priced great days out locally.
There are 3 local golf courses some of which hire clubs.
Horse riding and trecking are available for all abilities.
Water based activities include cannoing, swimming, boating, speedy boats, fishing.
Microlite flying and balloon flights are reasonably priced and available locally.
Local night markets are a highlight in the summer, when villages come alive to music and dancing long into the night and great food is available from local producers.
Produce and trinket markets are worth a visit and are available locally daily including sunday's organic market at Temple Sur Lot.
Ten pin bowling, go karting, paintballing, go ape equivelant, childrens farm and caves are all within easy reach.
Culture, wine tasting, bastide towns and chateaux are a short distance away.
The property is family friendly & contains cots highchairs, toys etc to help make your stay with us as perfect as possible.

A hidden gem !
This is a fantastic property and to be honest the photos do not do justice to the place. It is well maintained and really well equipped - you can tell that the owners have thought about what would be nice for people to have access to on holiday including everything from board games and pool toys to bicycles!
Great pool area and massive barbeque 'barn' area where lots of wine was enjoyed - perfect for a group of friends!
The area is really beautiful, very relaxed sleepy village with a few good restaurants, supermarket is only 5k away for stocking up also! We did a hot air balloon ride (beautiful) and some micro-lighting (only 40 euros for 20 mins) and there are lots of other sports and activities nearby.
I'd definately recommend the place and we're already talking about going back again!
