The apartment has a large south facing terrace, circa 1,500 sq. ft. and large pool. Beach, marina,shops and municipal tennis courts are all within 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is conveniently close to all amenities, beach, shops, marina, supermarket, etc. There are numerous golf courses all within 10min drive.

Vilamoura is renowned as an ideal family holiday destination with many attractions for all tastes. You can walk for miles on the beautiful sandy beaches or if you prefer you can play golf in the morning and go sea fishing in the afternoon. Given its central location, you have miles of beautiful safe beaches, wide variety of sea activities for all ages, such as diving, snorkelling, surfing, etc., tennis, golf and waterpark and large choice of shops and restaurants all on your doorstep.

There is a large variety of water sports and activities such as Boat trips, Jet-skiis for rent, wind surfing. All available at the marina. Large variety of restaurants, European, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Letting week is Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is available from 5pm. On day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am. on day of departure. This is to facilitate the changeover team, cleaning etc..However, if other visitors are not arriving or departing on the same day then these times may be more flexible and in any event you may leave your luggage on arrival and until departure.
