Description
The apartment has two bedroom with air-conditioning, en-suite bedroom with king size bed and double wardrobe. There are two bathrooms with Jacuzzi. There is a bright airy fully-fitted kitchen complete with table and four chairs. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airier, brush, mop and bucket. The living room lounge come dining room with thirty seven inches flat screen TV. There is a large balcony outside the living room with a table that can accommodate six guests.
The air-conditioning also provides heating during the colder evenings. A safe is provided for passports etc. Internet facilities are available from the hotel for a small fee. This is a non smoking apartment. But patrons are free to smoke on the balcony. I regret in the interest of hygiene that pets are not accepted.
The Apartment is on the 1st floor and unlikely to be suitable for people unable to climb Stairs or for wheelchair use.
Both balcony and roof terrace overlook the pool and gardens. The balcony is ideal for alfresco dining just outside the living area. The roof terrace is secluded and perfect for achieving that all over tan in added privacy. Cars can park outside the property on the quiet cul de sac street. While you also have use of the underground car park if you wish.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts available for extended stays and longer term rentals. A £100 refundable deposit may be required at time of invoice payment to cover any breakages. And will be repaid 14 days after departure.
Changeover day
This is generally on a Saturday but optional. Vacation of the apartment is 11am on day of departure. With arrivals welcome from 3pm onwards. Alternative arrangements possible to suit requirements by request.
Prices are in UK pounds with a 25 % Deposit required at time of Booking. (Non refundable). A 100 pounds deposit towards any damages is required along with the balance due payable a month before arrival. This will be repaid were due within 14 days after vacating the property. Available for weekends and extended stays. Discounts are available for extended stays.

recommended Travel to the Apartment is easy and well sign posted by either the N125 or the A22 Motorway. Following the directions to Albufeira or Portamao. Faro Airport is approx 25 Min away. Car hire although is not essential but recommended as Taxi Fares are about 35 euro each way from the Airport. Where Car Hire starts at about 75 Euro per Week depending on which season. Lisbon Airport is a lovely 2 hour drive down to the Algarve along the A2 motorway. While Seville Airport is also 2 hours away in Spain. |

Coast/Beach The apartment is just 5 minutes away from Vilamoura Beach and Marina and 5 minutes from Quarteira Beach. The Vila Sol Beach with watersports, and Vale de Lobo beaches are but a 15 min drive away. But the Algarve is blessed with many lovely beaches. Golf Vilamoura is considered the golfing capital of Europe. In addition to the 27 Hole Vilasol Golf course and Academy with tuition, driving range, putting greens available. You also have 6 other golf courses within a 10 minutes drive. The much publicized Oceanico, along with Victoria, Pin Hal, Laguna, Millennium, the Old Course. While Vale de Lobo is only 15 minutes away. In addition if you don't mind a little drive you have plenty of championship golf courses within an hours drive away. Being a golfer myself I can provide my own opinions of many of the courses. Bookings can be arranged in advance and discounts are available.

Directions
The towns of Vilamoura and Quarteira are only 5 minutes away. With Almancil and the old market town of Loule about 10 to 15 min away. The Aqua Park is only 5 min away with Albufeira and zoo marine a further 15 minutes away. Go carting is 10 minutes away in Almancil. The lovely towns of Silves, Monchique, Lagos are all about 1 hour and should not be missed.
