A spacious and tastefully furnished villa set in its own extensive 10,000m2 grounds with entry gates and private driveway with car ports. Quinta is within 5 minutes walk from the Vila Sol small shopping centre, with supermarket, bank and restaurant and 5 minutes drive from Quarteira and Vilamoura with all the international bars/restaurants shops that it has to offer and with their glorious sandy beaches. The town of Faro is just 10 minutes drive for some serious shopping.

This very large and beautiful villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor, the open-plan lounge/dining room has comfortable sofas and armchairs with a large television featuring cable channels and DVD player. The dining area has a very large dining table and chairs. There are two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered dining terrace and sunny swimming pool and terraces. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and door to the outside utility area with washing machine.

On this level there are three twin bedrooms all with air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The entrance hall has stairs leading to two master double bedrooms with air-conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms.
