Large and airy, each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private terrace, balcony or patio leading onto the luscious gardens, terraces and heated pool. Children are able to use the grounds to the maximum as there are many different areas, from casual grass to play areas. The pool is very large by private pool standards and the heating can be adjusted to suit. A wonderful family villa with all the amenities to really enjoy your holiday. Managing agent (English) lives nearby to answer your queries, solve any problems. There is a gardener and pool man (English) who attend the grounds and pool.
The grounds extend to over an acre and are filled with olives, citrus trees, shrubs and grassed terraces. There are 3 large palm trees which shade the pool area. The large outdoor heated swimming pool (13m x 8m) with a diving board (depth 7 feet) is alarmed for safety and is surrounded by grass and tiled areas. The summer kitchen is equipped with BBQ, seating for all guests. Additional seating area overlooking the pool with table and chairs for all guests. Sunloungers for all guests. Table tennis table. Boules area. There is an outside drive and parking area for numerous cars and the drive has additional secure parking.
Mid-way between Nice and Cannes the region is ideal for those seeking Riviera charm with the space and seclusion of a private villa and pool. Visit Nice for its Promenade des Anglais and Cannes for its elegant Croisette. Take in a concert all year round in fashionable Monaco with its casinos and ever popular Grand Prix.
The lovely beaches of Antibes or Nice are a 30 minute car ride and Cannes can also be reached in just half an hours drive. There are several golf courses located nearby and Greoliere is great for skiing located 40 minutes away and popular with the locals.
A car is essential to enjoy the benefits that the local area offers. There are a number of supermarkets within a 20 minute drive and the village of Tourrettes sur Loup has local craft shops as well as the typical baker, butcher and greengrocer. There is a market every Wednesday in the village square. The local bars and restaurants are renowned in the area and there is plenty of opportunity for al fresco eating and drinking, whilst watching the locals and the regular boules activity.
St. Paul de Vence is a 20 minute drive. Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within easy driving distance. Explore the Riviera or simply relax by the pool with a glass of the something sparkling!

From the airport
Follow the signs to the A8 autoroute. Take the autoroute in the direction of Cannes/Antibes. Exit at Junction 48 signed Cagnes sur Mer and Vence, go through the peage (toll – you will need 60 cents) then after 200 metres at the roundabout go straight over in the direction of Vence, La Colle and St Paul. Keep on this road through local traffic lights until you come to a roundabout, then continue straight on in the same direction Vence, La Colle and St. Paul. After 600 metres you come to another roundabout take the second exit signed La Colle sur Loup/St Paul D436 (there is a Peugeot garage on your left). After 1.7 kilometres there is another roundabout where you take the second exit (still D436) direction Bar sur Loup/Chateauneuf de Grasse. After 300 metres at the top of the brow there is a ’T’ junction where you turn right. Continue for 100 metres to the next roundabout. Take the second exit to join the D6 direction Chateauneuf de Grasse/Bar sur Loup. Follow this road (which skirts the village of La Colle sur Loup) for 3.2 kilometres until you come to a fork in the road. Here you turn right in the direction of Pont du Loup/Greolieres. You will now be travelling up the valley of the River Loup where the road twists and turns through a heavily wooded area with steep hillsides on either side. After exactly 9.2 kilometres, look out for a small house number 1145, on your right, at the bottom of a steep drive off the road you are on. Take this steep drive and Le Clos is the first property after approximately 50 metres on your right.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Le Clos. It is a wonderful location and has splendid views - we were all very comfortable there.

Wonderful setting
We had a very enjoyable stay at le Clos, the sun shone and everyone enjoyed themselves. It certainly is a lovely house and garden in a wonderful setting and the pool is fantastic. We would very much like to come back again.
Lovely villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely villa. It has a friendly atmosphere and we enjoyed the privacy it afforded and its easy access to the most exciting of French areas. The local bars and restaurants were of course, delicious.
