Description

Casa Palmairas Villa 414 in Vale do Lobo has three bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. The villa has swimming pool and large landscapted garden.

Casa Palmairas has been a well loved family home for ten years and it is more of a home from home rather than a holiday rental property. The garden was completely redesigned and landscaped in 2006 and is now the Villa's best feature along with the large kidney shaped pool. New large sun terrace makes the most of the Algarves fabulous sunshine but there are parasols and trees for those who prefer the shade. The furniture in the villa and garden is modern in style and the majority is less than two years old. New curtains are in all three bedrooms and the TV/Sky+ facilities are the latest available and include movies and sports packages. It is perfectly located, backing onto the 18th fairway of the Royal golf course meaning a short walk to the clubhouse and the facilities there including the world famous Royal Spa. A seven minute walk takes you to the Praca and the entertainment to be found there and its no more than a ten minute stagger back once you've enjoyed a great evening!

Notes on accommodation

Gas fired central heating, Wood burning fireplace. Air-conditioning cooling and heating. Suitable for small children and big children! Cots and high chairs available for hire on request. Exit direct onto the golf course. Pool cleaned twice weekly. Garden maintained once a week.

Accessibility

As their are two steps up to villa from the car parking area and a further two steps from the pool to the terrace, we would suggest that this is not ideal for anyone with a wheelchair however, we have had people with limited mobility stay with no problems.

Outside

There is a large terrace by the private pool with six new (2011) sun loungers and two parasols. Pool is kidney shaped and can be heated on request (£100 per week). There is a further large terrace outside the villa with a round table and six to eight chairs which is perfect for breakfasts in the early morning sun. There is also an outside shady dining table area for eight to ten people which is perfect for barbecues, sitting under the pergola draped in bougainvillea. Steps lead up to a secluded roof terrace where you can hide from the kids until they find you! Shaded car parking for two cars.
