NOTE: A non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking which is 25% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival or at the time of booking if within this period. A security deposit of £200 is also payable at least 6weeks before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded within 2weeks of departure if there is no damage to the apartment or its contents. The apartment will be ready for occupancy at 3pm on the first day of booking and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure.
CANCELLATIONS: More than 8weeks - 75% of booking cost refunded; 4-8weeks - 50% of booking cost refunded; 2-4 weeks - 25% of booking cost refunded; Less than 2weeks - no refund.
