Description

This attractive, typically Algarvian luxury villa is situated in the area of Vale de Parra, just behind the magnificent Gale/Salgados beach. The Casa Vanilla is ideal for winter or summer holidays as it is fully air-conditioned throughout, has triple glazing with internal venetian blinds, mosquito netting on all windows and a security alarm system and safe. Accommodation: The a/c interior is on one level throughout and comprises: one large double, one double & one twin bedroom all with en-suite showers, one twin bedroom and a further bathroom. Large lounge/Dining room with Satellite TV & DVD.The TV Satellite system we have installed has the latest high tech decoder which allows us to use our own UK SKY CARD to watch all the pay channels we subscribe to.Without a card it will recieve all the FREE uk channels ie all BBC,ITVand FREE SKY tv,but if clients wish to bring their own personal Card they are welcome to try to see if it will recieve what they subsribe to,however we do not guarantee this. There is a fully fitted kitchen with Oven/Hob, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher & Microwave. The ample terrace and gardens include a large heated swimming pool & BBQ area, sun loungers, patio furniture & beautiful pergola & is an ideal spot for al-fresco meals. There is a laundry room for clients own use, with washing machine however clients personal laundry can be done by arrangement with Lucinda the house manager.

Vanilla is situated in the tranquil countryside area of Vale de Parra, just behind the magnificent Gale/Salgados beach. Some of the best restaurants in the Algarve are close by & the popular resort of Albufeira is around 5Km away. Albufeira Old Town is an eclectic mix of narrow cobbled streets & old fishermen houses moving outwards from a central square with numerous music bars, restaurants and street entertainers, who provide regular free shows in the main square during the summer season. The town of Guia is 5kms away and is famous for the chicken piri-piri restaurants which provide excellent value for families. Our management office is near Casa Vanilla and can offer advice, help & assistance to all our guests, including a welcome visit to the house. The office has a dedicated Golf booking agency for Algarve courses & also sells tickets for waterparks, Zoomarine, boat trips & excursions all at discount prices. NOTE: Please note that the Change Over Day ( arrival and departure day for guests ) is normally Thursdays and Saturdays,however we are flexible and will try to fit in around clients travel arrangements. On Departure day all clients must leave the villa before 10.00am and for clients arriving the villa will be available for occupation by 14.00. If it is possible to clean and prepare the villa for clients early access, we will endeavour to do so. The air-conditioning and pool heating are included in the rental rates, so no extra is payable for these facilities. Cots and High Chairs can also be provided free of charge if booked in advance.
Prices shown are for 8 people, but we can provide a Z-bed ( usually for a child ) again free of charge.

Local leisure activities	The VANILLA stands in its own land and is surrounded by walled and hedged gardens making it a totally enclosed and secure property.It is accessed from the exterior through electronic gates with coded key pads along with a telephone intercom system.The good size garden/patio/pool area is to the south of the villa giving sun virtually all day,it contains the superb heated large swimming pool with shallow end and pool lighting for night bathing,alongside the pool is an outside open shower ideal for wash down after a visit to the beach/pool.We supply one pool towel per client for there stay, this saves on luggage capacity but we do ask clients to launder these themselves if required. There is an abundance of patio furniture with top quality sun loungers,sun umbrellas, tables,chairs etc,but the top feature on the patio is the fabulous pergola which gives a lovely shaded area,big enough for everyone to sit and is ideal for al- fresco meals.The covered feature barbeque complete with all bbq implements is close by as is the laundry room with washing machine for clients use.
