Ashley Manor is a small cul-de-sac development with no passing traffic. Only 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from Universal, this is an ideal location for holidays in Orlando. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes by car, and you can drive to the gulf coast in around 90 minutes.
Leisure notes:
As well as being 10 minutes from Disney, our villa is 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf course with courses designed by Greg Norman and home of the David Leadbetter golfing academy. Another great local course is Providence. Golfers may borrow our set of clubs free of charge.
Shoppers can enjoy some retail therapy at the local retail park 'Posner Park' or pick up some bargains at the designer outlet mall just 15 minutes away.

Ashley Manor is located off the Ronald Reagan Parkway (SR54) close to the junction with Lake Wilson Road. Take the Champions Gate Exit off the Interstate 4.

The villa far exceeded our expectations as did Florida. Andy and Clive have clearly considered the needs to the whole family when putting together their offering. It was well ordered with the added facilities, instructions and services to enable us all to have a fantastic time. The little details make all the difference, free wi-fi (a god send), free calls to the UK, well equipped kitchen, the games room, satellite TV, etc etc! The whole villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Generally, I cannot sing it's praises highly enough. My only comment for improvement would be a better BBQ, however, I expect there are risks, not least fire, attached to any other type of BBQ aside from electric.
We stayed in this lovely house for a week in September and had a wonderful time. The whole house is very well equipped and with good quality furnishings and comfy beds. The pool was large with plenty of sunbeds, and an amazing outlook onto a lake and plenty of greenery. One evening we saw two racoons very clearly in the undergrowth. The football table in the games room added a bit of fun! The supermarkets were easy to get to, and Theme parks close by, as were the shopping outlets ! Hope to return one day and would certainly choose this villa.
