With stunning views across the Weymouth coastline and Portland Harbour, outstanding water sports, walking, windsurfing, diving, sailing, jet ski and fishing all within minutes, this four star accommodation is an ideal holiday location for family holidays for the active. The accommodation is also extremely close to the National Sailing Academy and the wind surfing beach.
The house is 400 yards from Ferry Bridge Beach, a sandy cove ideal for small children, dipping with nets and paddling.
The lounge has a balcony with stunning harbour views, and sea views in all bedrooms. Off road parking is provided for two cars. Garden, garden furniture and BBQ are also included.
The property is only a step away from the coastal path which in one direction hugs the beach all the way to Weymouth harbour and it's promenade. 400 yards in the other direction takes you to a small sandy beach and little harbour. Perfectly safe for children and launching small crafts. Just beyond lies Chesil beach and its wonderful views and walks. The Portland and Weymouth Sailing academy is just over the causeway on Portland. Easy access to open top bus for scenic trips around Portland and Weymouth.

A £100.00 key and adverse cleaning security deposit is required at the time of booking which will be returned upon satisfactory and safe return of the keys and accommodation. ALSO NOTE maximum of two dogs allowed per holiday period with a £15.00 supplement per dog per holiday booking.
