The central hall gives access to the staircase and the two front reception rooms, each with front bay and side windows. Accross the back of the house is a wonderful large airly kitchen diner, with fully equiped kitchen. The kitchen has double patio doors leading to the rear garden. Off the dining area is a larder/pantry with washing machine. The small rear hall houses the backdoor and downstairs shower room with basin, wc. Up stairs is the family bathroom, a cosy twin and large twin overlooking the garden. A further twin and master bedroom are on the front of the house. Outside to the rear is a mature enclosed garden with furniture ans space to dine and relax.

Enclosed garden mainly to lawn. Permanent outdoor wooden round table with integral seats and a variety of other garden recliners and chairs.

Directions:
From the A12 take the A1095 to Southwold. Pass through Reydon and at the mini roundabout turn left into Pier Avenue. Take 2nd right into Marlborough Road and 1st right into Hotson Road. No34 is on the right.
