Kalkan Villa Alisia, built by Kalkan's leading construction company, is situated in an excellent tranquil location, making it easy to get into Kalkan town, but also offering fabulous sea views. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with a garage underneath the property providing secure parking. There is extensive use of traditional stone walling around the villa, reflecting its situation in a mature Olive Grove.



This Kalkan Villa boasts a master bedroom suite of twenty five square meters which occupies a whole floor and comprises a large fully tiled shower room with double basins, a good sized dressing room, bedroom, and large balcony with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. A further double bedroom and two twins all offer en suite bathrooms and large sea view balconies.



At around two hundred fifty square meters, Kalkan Villa Alisia provides plenty of space for a large groups holidaying together. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, the accommodation offers four large bedrooms, all of which are en suite and have very good sized balconies with sea views, and an open plan living area on the ground floor. The living area is around sixty square meters and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a step down to the lounge area, with large glass doors and windows that allow light to flood into the space and make the most of the amazing views. There is access directly from the lounge area to the swimming pool and dining terrace beyond. A large screen LCD satellite television is located in the lounge area.

There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the private swimming pool at Kalkan Villa Alisia, and wooden sun beds with cushions, and umbrellas for shade are provided for our guests. The shaded dining terrace looks over the pool towards the sea and mountains beyond, and is a lovely place to catch the early morning sun. A garage with secure parking is located underneath the property, and has direct access to the villa via steps.

Rates notes:

A £300.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on + 44 (0) 1449 770811 or by clicking 'Make a Booking'. The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a £250.00 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. Bookings can only be made online with a Monday start date, please call us for availability for any other dates.

Car notes:

Car hire is not necessary as the villa is walking distance from the beach, harbour boutiques and restaurants. There is a small shop and good restaurants within around 5 minutes walk. You can also buy your groceries and the larger supermarkets will deliver to your villa at a convenient time to save you walking back with shopping. Kalkan is very hilly due to the topography of the bay so if you have limited mobility we would recommend car hire.

Leisure notes:

Kalkan bay will take your breath away. It's crystal clear Turquoise water, and mountains that rise steeply behind it provide a dramatic and beautiful backdrop in which to enjoy your stay. Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism, and as a result remains unspoiled, upmarket and very charming, with amazing views at every turn.

Strict building codes ensure the towns historic preservation, and the many fine restaurants contribute to the special atmosphere that brings back visitors time and time again.

Narrow cobbled streets that wind away from the harbour with bougainvillea covered wooden ottoman balconies and historic architecture are typical of the old town, and the warm Turkish hospitality will stay with you long after your holiday is over.

Beach Clubs

There are a number of beach clubs around the bay that can be reached by free shuttle service from the harbour. These are wonderful paved platform terraces and gardens with ladders going into the sea. They offer swimming, sunbathing, water sports and restaurant/bar facilities and have sun beds and umbrellas for hire.

Water sports

Jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing and banana boat rides are available from the beach clubs around the bay.

Diving

Kalkan's crystal clear waters are popular with scuba divers and is a top location for diving along Turkey 's coast. It has several sites including islands and reefs with a huge variety of marine life including turtles, nurse sharks, dolphins and barracudas.
