Description
Villa Yasemin is a newly built private modern luxury villa which sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms. All the upstairs bedrooms open out onto the large veranda. Downstairs is traditionally open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The modern kitchen includes the washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and utensils. Three sets of double doors lead onto a large veranda with views across the private pool. There is also an outside shower, bar b q area and garden furniture including a traditional Turkish seating area ideal for those afternoon naps. The open plan lounge area has comfortable modern furniture including a LCD TV with worldwide satellite and DVD player. There is also an en-suite bedroom located on the ground floor and is ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. Upstairs are a further three en-suite bedrooms all of which have doors which lead onto a large balcony with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
Booking notes:
A 10% non refundable deposit plus completed booking form are required to secure a booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Rates notes:
The cost is for villa Yasemin per week in includes a mid stay clean for bookings of over one week. Outdoor towels are not provided so we ask guests to provide their own.
Villa Yasemin is strictly a non smoking house.
The price does not include flights or transfers.
Bedroom notes:
The downstairs bedroom has double doors that lead out onto the pool terrace. The upstairs bedrooms all have double doors that lead onto the large balcony which overlooks the pool and garden.
