We completed Pomegranate Garden Villas in 2011 and chose the name on account of the beautiful pomegranate fields which surround our villas on three sides. The pomegranate is a symbol of luck and good fortune in Turkey!

VILLA ARTEMIS is on the far right of our set of three identical properties and benefits from its own private swimming pool at the side of the property. The pool is framed by pomegranate trees and affords great privacy.

With the more discerning villa guests in mind we offer superb, unique accommodation with a more personal touch in a very special setting. Location is everything!

The villa sleeps 7. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a stunning penthouse style master bedroom with an enormous feature bed along with a 4th bedroom (single)

The large kitchen balcony overlooking the pomegranate fields leads down to another inviting terrace by the pool. This terrace area with its comfortable seating is a huge hit with our guests and perfect for your pre dinner aperitif whilst you enjoy the beautiful view of the fields and the sun setting over the mountains.

Our property affords fabulous views across the countryside to the sea in the distance. There are NO other houses around to obscure your view or block the much welcomed, sea breeze. The feeling of SPACE is amazing and the view of the stars at night is not to be missed.

We offer you the best of all worlds: superb accommodation in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings, total peace and relaxation in a natural environment and the convenience of all the amenities that charming Dalyan has to offer just a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are an 8-10 minutes walk and the very centre of Dalyan is a 15 minute stroll away.

Dalyan is a lovely, small riverside town, a conservation area surrounded by cotton fields, pomegranate fields, orange and lemon groves and pine clad mountains. Development is limited in Dalyan which means no high rise buildings, Greenpeace plays an active role and local people still make a living fishing and farming.

Dalyan has a beautiful beach, one of the last few remaining nesting sites of the loggerhead turtle with its own turtle sanctuary where you can see injured turtles and it has been voted as one of the safest beaches for children and was also winner of The Times Best Open Spaces for Europe. The Iztuzu beach in Dalyan is the second most important site for endangered loggerhead turtles. Imagine a 5km strectch of golden sand from the base of a pine clad mountain to a river delta with not a single hotel, house or car in sight where rare turtles come to lay their eggs at night.

There are famous local mud baths and thermal springs and an ancient city just the other side of the river as well as spectacular 4th Century rock tombs carved into the cliff face. There is a beautiful lake at the end of the river for you to cruise around and have a barbecue.

Dalyan is laid back, low key and lovely; a unique place that is a hit with all ages. If you are one of those people who vows 'I never go to the same place twice' you'll be in for a surprise.

Strictly no smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies.

20% of the rental cost required to secure booking.

The remaining 80% is to be paid 6 weeks before booking commences.

* A breakage payment of £200 is to be paid separately. This will be returned after villa inspection. We accept that there could be a few broken glasses etc but this is to cover ourselves against anything more major. We hope that you understand but we do like to offer a high standard of accommodation. We have had excellent reviews which we are very proud of.

* Guests are requested to replace any damaged items on a like for like basis.

Bedroom 2 - with double bed (on ground floor) Air-conditioning. Access to garden.

Bedroom 3 - two single beds (on ground floor) Air-conditioning. Large balcony with access to garden.

Bedroom 4 / Study with single bed to sleep 7th person if required. Large free standing fan.

Free Housekeeping pack including: washing up liquid, sponge, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets, washing powder to last the duration of your holiday. We don't expect you to have to buy these items.

Onsite facility notes:

Villa Artemis has its own private pool 4 by 7 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres to 1.60 metres. The children's splash pool is separated from main pool by chrome railing. A garden within a pomegranate garden. Beautiful orchid like red flowers from May and June and then rosy red pomegranates which you can help yourselves to. There are 2 large balconies and an outside covered seating area perfect for a pre dinner aperitif and eating al fresco. The villa faces the beach and the sea in the distance and there is generally a lovely breeze around the swimming pool.

The Turkish Turquoise Coast boats 300 days of sunshine a year. In addition to the great climate is a beautiful coastline and an area overflowing with places of historical interest. This winning combination makes it attractive to Turkish and international tourists alike.

There is a huge choice of trips around the surrounding countryside and coast. The 5000 year old ancient sites at Tlos, Xanthos and Aphrodisias are within a day's drive while Ephesus and the unique 'Cotton Castle' in Pammukale can be visited on a 2 day trip organised from Dalyan. You can also fly to Istanbul in 1hr 10 minutes.

The villa is cleaned before you arrive and then on a weekly basis.This includes bedding & towel change, floor cleaning, bins emptying & general tidy. If you wish for an extra clean in between please contact us and we will arrange this for you at an extra cost of £20.

We live locally and can deal directly with our guests from key exchange to cleaning, repairs and anything in between.
