Description
The greatest advantages of it's hillside position are the magnificent views over Paphos and the sea beyond. When you are in the infinity pool you almost have the impression that the surface of the pool connects with the sea.
Accommodation
All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated the master bedroom as en-suite with a bath and over head shower, Tv DVD player, there is a very large family bathroom with over head shower, the guest toilet is located on the first level, with the kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Accessibility
The villa is built on three levels so there are many steps. Elderly people with disabilities may struggle with the steps.
Outside
The pool and terrace area is private, very spacious with an infinity pool and well maintained gardens; there is a barbecue and souvla barbecue with Motor, there are sun loungers and dinning table with chairs, there are also table and chairs on all balconies.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is a 15 minute drive; here you will find one of the best beaches in Paphos, water sports of all kinds are available, there are two beach bars, toilets and changing rooms with showers.
There are plenty of small cove beaches around the Paphos area a car is advised.
The Akamas Peninsular is well worth a drive, here you will find Turtle beach which is well worth a trip too, a four by four vehicle is advised for this one. This takes around one hour to get there.
Golf
The villa is 5 minutes from Tsada championship standard golf course.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains is a two hour drive where you will find a sky slope in the winter and a nice drive in the summer for a cooler day out.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the villa, we can arrange transfers, or car hire delivered to the property or to be collected at arrivals.
A car is advised for this property.
Distances
The village is 1 mile away with supermarkets, small restaurants, pharmacy and taverna. Its only 10 minute drive to Paphos town where culture and entertainment are combined, shops, restaurants, bars, archaeological sites and harbour.

There is a large supermarket in Kato Paphos which is open every day. The old Town of Paphos as a market every day except Sunday from 07.30- 14.00 There is a Sunday market at Timi every week from 0730- 14.00 Larnaca as a very big out door market every Sunday 07.30- 14.00 There are banks in the village of Chlorika and Kissonega where there are ATM machines.
Tomb of the kings is an archaeological site, there are mosaics in the harbor area in Kato Paphos, and here you find an abundance of café’s bars and restaurants. A car is advised for all of the above places.
