Description

This spacious cottage has two double bedrooms, (one with en-suite bathroom and a balcony) and four twin-bedrooms, plus two additional bathrooms, one on the ground floor. The living accommodation comprises of a large kitchen, dining room and lounge plus a utility room. The cottage is suitable for the infirm.

Set in 10 acres of peaceful South Hams countryside, only a short drive from the coast and the towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes, Pitt Farm offers a range of quality spacious cottages converted from large stone-built barns.

All the cottages have fully equipped kitchens; including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave. All except Cavasson have a dishwasher. Each has a colour TV, DVD player, CD/radio, direct dial phone, garden or terrace and ample parking. Each cottage has a cot and high chair available if required. Linen is provided. Fuel and phone are metered and charged on departure. Additional items are available for hire, such as towels, extra cots and high chairs and push chairs.

The farm has an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, and a tennis court. The children have their own pets corner, with Coco the goat, chickens, and ducks. There is also a play area for the younger children, a table tennis and pool table for all.
