Rates are listed in USD but we will also accept payment in GBP equivalent to our UK bank, or Euro to our European Bank.
We ask for a 25% refundable damage deposit. The funds will be returned within 10 working days of your leaving the apartment.
Terms- 50% within 7 days to confirm booking, remainder 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing by email, mail or facsimile. For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date 80% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (whichever has been received) will be forfeit. Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to re-book the apartment to another guest and 80% of your rental fee will be returned to you for the nights rebooked. In some cases, you may be able to rebook your vacation at a later date, without any penalty.

| Car required? | Recommended We are nestled into the hillside with fantastic views of St. John and St. Thomas in the USVI, and many of the remoter islands of the British Virgin Islands. The sea is about 200 yards below the house. There is a supermarket 2 minutes drive away, restaurants are 5 minutes and the beach is 8 minutes away. |
