Description

Snuggled into the hillside in the British Virgin Islands, Pelican Point is a magnificent 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, sleeping up to 6 people in complete comfort and privacy. This stunning, spacious property is set in one and a half acres of gardens with plenty of parking and easy road access. The gardens feature tamarind trees and bright red flamboyants abounding with lizards, while the humming birds and bananaquit can often be spotted.

Rates are listed in USD but we will also accept payment in GBP equivalent to our UK bank, or Euro to our European Bank.

We ask for a 25% refundable damage deposit. The funds will be returned within 10 working days of your leaving the apartment.
Terms- 50% within 7 days to confirm booking, remainder 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing by email, mail or facsimile. For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date 80% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (whichever has been received) will be forfeit. Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will make every effort to re-book the apartment to another guest and 80% of your rental fee will be returned to you for the nights rebooked. In some cases, you may be able to rebook your vacation at a later date, without any penalty.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with an orthapedic mattress and a huge en-suite bathroom. There is a fantastic view from the bed across the channel to St. John in the USVI to the south.

The garden bedroom is also en-suite and is accessed via the pool deck steps to the garden level.

The twin bedroom is on the same level as the master bedroom, has its own bathroom and shares the same views through patio doors across the external deck.

Both these bedrooms can be made up as twin or double.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
