Off the living room is the dining room and balcony with awning for your comfort.

Fully fitted bathroom with shower / bath etc.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven/grill, toaster, washing machine, and a gas hob.

There is a private superb large roof top solarium with barbecue and sun loungers on third floor with magnificent 360 degree views for your own private use and enjoyment with sea views, also the beautiful communal family swimming pool & gardens, all located in a secure well maintained gated gardens.

Our apartment is located in a quiet area yet just 3 mins walk around the corner to all your needs and is located in a secure well maintained gated complex of only low raise apartments with beautiful communal swimming pool (open Easter - Sept) and well maintained and lit garden all year round

All rooms have self standing fans / heaters.

The property is only three minute walk to range of cafes, internet cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafe and supermarkets and only three minute walk to the beach

Park with Children play area and adult sports just around the corner

Enjoyable walks for miles in both directions along the beach for even walking into neighbouring villages along the way for a drink or rest or to enjoy all that they offer

Located within Torrevieja Town south and just a fifteen minute drive to five major golf courses.
