Therapies:

You can choose from a range of massage therapies combined into your one hour treatment. Our hightly trained therapists can tailor your one hour therapy based on exactly what you need. Some of the therapies we combine are Aromatherapy, Swedish massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Hot-stone therapies



Yoga & Tai Chi:

For our more acive guests, there are always the early morning sessions of gentle stretch, Iyengar yoga or Hatha yoga, Qigong movement with breath or a full introduction to Tai Chi for health. You can choose the pace and enjoy the physical and emotional benefits that, with practice, will lead to inner peace.

Ozone Therapy:

Ozone Bath You can also choose to hvae a 20 minute hot bath in active ozonated water. This super charges the body with oxygen, promoting optimum functioning of the body. Ozone is an effective agent in the destruction of viruses and bacteria and has incredible detoxifying properties. With fewer toxins, the body can begin healing itself.

Bio Photon Light Therapy:

Bio Photon Light Maybe you would want to try our Bio Photon Light treatment which works with the body at the cellular level. It helps create a uniform cellular activity. The body begins to heal itself and as a result, one would usually experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation.

Restaurant:

The open air Kariwak Village Restaurant has an unmistakably Caribbean ambiance - thatched roofs, clay tiled floors, coral stone walls, bamboo and rattan furnishings.

The Kariwak Restauant has established an enviable reputation for its unique Caribbean and Creole cuisine prepared under Cynthia's watchful guidance and generously flavoured with fresh herbs from the Kariwak garden.

The Rooms:

Kariwak has 24 thoughtfully appointed rooms each with its own private bathroom and patio.

Cozy, cheerful, clean and comfortable, our 18 cabana style rooms are nestled around the pool and the remaining 6 are tucked away in the gardens.

All the rooms are airconditioned, equipped with a safe, a radio alarm clock and direct dial telephones. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are also available from the front desk. However, should you choose to bring your own please note that the voltage in Tobago is 110/220 V with American style 3 prong outlets.

Cots can also be arranged for families with babies and small children.

Special children's meals are also available on request. Vegetarian meals and salads are always available.
