Luxury villa, fully furnished, right on the beach, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms of which two are en-suite, sleeping 6-8. On the ground floor vast living room, with open fireplace, living area and separate dining area. Open plan fully fitted luxury kitchen, with separate pantry and further laundry room. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Both living and dining areas of the living room have French windows leading out to the patio, tropical garden and infinity pool. Staircase leads up to master bedroom with walk in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, multi head separate stall shower, twin basins and bidet. The bedroom has French windows that open to an enormous wrap-around terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Villa has the benefit of broad band,WI Fi, large screen plasma TV, and CD stereo system. The terraces are adorned with tropical plants, and also enjoy wonderful views of the Atlantic, as does the large infinity pool. There are two off road parking spaces.
Aglou Plage is a gated private development of 12 villas, right on the Atlantic Ocean. The area is safe but has 24 hour security. Aglou is a small village 5 minutes away by car, with a hotel with any excellent restaurant, with several further restaurants and a couple of simple shops. 15 minutes away is the town of Tisnet, with many shops restaurants and cafes, as well as a market in the Souk. One of the Souks is a famous silver market. 25 minutes from Aglou is the artistic town of Mirleft, with many restaurants and a wondeful restaurant in a hotel in an old castle, les Trois Chameaux. The beach at Aglou is magnificent.

The master bathroom is truly luxurious. There are two basins, a bidet, a vast bath with built in Jacuzzi, and a wonderful stall shower with multi heads. The en suite bathroom to the principal guest bedroom has basin bath bidet and WC. The guest bathroom also for the use of the 2nd guest bedroom has no bath but a large stall shower, basin, bidet and WC. |
