The complex has a shared, well-maintained swimming pool and amenities like bar, restaurant and friendly reception. The balcony facing south has a pleasurable sea views. Sunrise and sunset can also be appreciated in this balcony.
The apartment is centrally located to amenities. It is only ten minutes drive from the airport and just few minutes walk from beach at Playa Grande in the popular Puerto Del Carmen Old Town.
Some 150 metres away is the new Biosfera shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants.
Lanzarote offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 degree Celsius in winter months to 30 degree Celsius in summer months.
