We charge a deposit of between £50 and £90 which is returnable if you should need to cancel during the deposit period. This is up to 4 weeks before arrival date.
We do charge a key deposit, but this is returned immediately when we receive keys back.
We tend to be taking bookings all year round so avalability might not be right up to date.We have two apartments so chances are we can fit you in.

There is not a communal pool on site but we highly recommend the full sized swimming pool just 5 minutes walk.It is properly maintained unlike condominium pools.So therefore you stay healthy.There is also a dedicated child's pool.The beaches are so good you will not want a pool every day.This one has all facilities on hand and has restaurant/cafe/bar.The Tavira area is rated inside the world top ten for beaches.There are many blue flag beaches to visit all only a short drive away.Plus you have the fantastic Cabanas beach ten minutes walk away. not necessary If you do not wish to hire a car,there is a lovely little train station 2 minutes walk from the apartment.This takes you to many places in both directions along the Algarve coastline and is very cheap to use.You can go to Vila Real St Antonio and get ferry over to lovely Ayemonte in Spain.Or teenagers tend to like going to Albufeira for the night life and perhaps staying for a day or two. |

Leave Faro airport and follow signs for Espahna and Tavira.Do not go into Tavira but follow The Vila Real signs.You will pass a big sign on your righjt saying Paga Pouco.You are just 3 km away.Look for big white water tower on Benamor golf course.Take right at the rounabout then go down to mini roundabout and turn right.Then right again and pull up immediately in parking bays by doorway on on angle.Takes 35 to 45 minutes.

Beautiful Apartment in Conceicao
We stayed in the two bed apartment in June 2010. The apartment was fabulous very very spacious certainly is more than enough room for a family. Kitchen also big and space to eat in there which was handy with a two year old!! Ken was very helpful when booking the apartment and provided a cot and highchair as promised they were very new and much appreciated.
The train station was literally minutes away and good for going to Faro, Tavira in fact anywhere in the Algarve you can even go to spain Ayemont from Villa Real de Saint Antonio which is so close by and very cheap to get to. Trains don't go that often but there is also a bus service close by.
The beach is just lovely you have to get a boat (small fishing boat) over to the beach which costs 1 euro 20 return takes all of 1 minute to get there. The beach is spotless and has a life guard present. Seems to attracted loads of kite surfers although they stay further on down the beach. The cafe a the beach is expensive but we just nipped over got lunch then went back.
Meals very reasonably price also wine and beer very cheap when we went to Faro it was double the price at least. If your going for a long time ot would be worth doing a shop in the big supermarket on the way to Tavira as the supermarkets in Conceicao were more expensive.
We found with a two year old that the resturants don't open until 7pm which was sometimes trying as my son wants food when he wants food!!! That was my only problem when we were there but there were some great resturants along the sea front. Very friendly people. All in all a great holiday.
Beautiful apartment and great location
We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment close to Tavira and the numerous sandy beaches nearby. The accommodation is well equipped and has everything necessary for a great holiday - a home from home.
Ein traumhaftes Domizil
Es ist ein sehr schönes,großzügiges und sauberes Appartment und wir hatten während unserer Woche Aufenthalt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen und eine große Auswahl über mehrere Strände! Ken und Chris waren uns vorab sehr hilfreich vor allem als unser Flug wegen der Aschewolke abgesagt wurde, hatten sie uns 2 Alternativtermine angeboten, wovon wir eine auch wahrgenommen haben. Für unseren kleinen 3-jährigen Sohn gab es sogar auch einen Spielplatz in der Anlage und die Strände drumherum waren traumhaft! Das Appartment konnte mit seiner Lage allen Ansprüchen von Strand, Sightseeing, Shoppen und gut Essen gehen wunderbar erfüllen und die Vermieter waren klasse von Anfang bis Ende in ihrer Betreuung!!!
