New three bedroomed detached villa located on the hills overlooking the Mediterranean sea with views to Paphos and Coral Bay. It was also designed to create a no expense spared luxurious and relaxing holiday villa for the guests' enjoyment.
Much of the design was created by the owners with the interior design by Conrad and furnished with a very contemporary feel by Bo-Concept. Villa Hunter was voted by guests and local establishments as the most popular holiday Villa in Tala for 2011 . The villa has all the luxuries of home with beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding and the most comfortable beds anyone could find in Cyprus. Outside is the private heated pool, beautifully maintained gardens and decked dinning area over looking the Paphos coastline is stunning, an area created for a holiday enjoyment.
This new boutique villa provides all the needs of the guests for a relaxing stay including a heated swimming pool, satellite TV, plasma TV home cinema and all the games toys and films that will ensure the family to have a relaxing holiday with a home from home feel.
The villa has three large bedrooms: the master bedroom having a huge queen size bed, dressing room and en-suite with a walk-in-wet room. The veranda enjoys beautiful panoramic views towards the sea and behind to the mountains, a great place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy the romantic sunset. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A travel cot is also available if required. The house bath room, on the other hand, is beautifully tiled with a bath and shower.
For accessibility concerns, there is a short steep drive up to the villa. From the covered car parking area, guests may walk down four steps to the villa. Leading down the marble staircase from the entrance there is a huge open plan living area with dining area, kitchen and breakfast bar with a very contemporary feel.
The property also boasts its outside layout as there is a lovely shaded veranda available, with an outside sofa for a relaxing evening drink watching the sun set over the Coral Bay coast line. The beautiful gardens have six sunbeds, a traditional Cypriot BBQ, and decked chill out area. The deck also has table and chairs for six with a large sunshade.
There is also an outdoor lighting around the gardens and in the ground around the deck make for a very special cool evening feel. The 8 m x 4m heated pool is a real must for swimming outside of the main summer months.
The gardens have a beautiful array of scented and colorful plans that flower throughout the year. The jazmin in particular is amazing while a plum tree is already over 8 foot tall. The villa enjoys 360 degree views with the Mediterranean sea to the south and the hills to the north providing a very special back drop to an exclusive holiday home & Tala village.
The village of Tala has often been described as the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. It provides excellent facilities with two bars, the wonderfull gallery wine bar and five local tavernas offering freshly cooked traditional meat, fish and mezze from locally prioduced produce. WOW... what can i say. this villa is just Fab and having seen other villas and locations in Tala i can see why this has become the most popular in the Paphos area.( to be honest all of Tala is great but this really is the best)
The villa is actually much better than the photos and is in such a lovely quiet location with great uninterupted views over the coast. It really is 5 Star plus with every thing you need with really comfortable beds better than any hotel we have stayed in all , well equiped and such a great design something the owners should be congratulated on and should be proud of. You can tell no expense has been spared in furnishing the villa and it is pure luxury.
When we walked in the villa it was beautifully presented with flowers on the bed and every attention to detail very well thought of.It reminded us of those great hotels in Dubai
The management team who looked after us in cyprus were great and really helped us settle in. The free welcome meeting shows how attentive peter & jane are to ensure that their guests are really well looked after and is a real added bonus that we did not expect.
The heated pool was a real bonus in april as other pools were freezing yet we had a pool that was lovely and warm cleaned twice a week and really made our stay such a real luxury.
The villa is only a short easy 5 mins walk to Tala village square that has some lovely tavernas and a bar which makes for a really nice local cypriot feel. The local people were great to meet and it is obvious that they know the owners well and are always to happy to help.
The Owners were so helpful with our booking providing a great booking service and good advise.Their car hire info saved us loads, while the info they send on e-mail about restuarants and the local area was great and we really enjoyed all there recommendations
.
Thank you very much for organising such a great holiday for us. No more 5 *hotels for us this villa is much better and also such great value.
We have already booked for 2011 as we are sure it will be sold out again and can't wait to be back.
Thank you from all our family"

Peter & Jane,
What can we say? Alison and I had a great two weeks at Villa Hunter. For us it was just what the doctor ordered. All your recommendations were spot on but we have to admit we didn't do all of them. For us a holiday is about doing nothing (mind you Alison would have me walk around every heritage site going if she could), reading laying by the pool or beach, sipping a beer or three and just chilling. This ticked the boxes. We went to the beach a few days but really, the pool at the Villa was so inviting, why bother with all that waiting for the air conditioning in the car to cool it down enough to get in when you can just sit in peace right there.
The villa was immaculate when we arrived, very stylishly decorated and furnished. It had everything we needed, it's very beautiful and you've done a fine job to make it not only feel like a home from home but a very tasteful one at that.
The local restaurants were really good but we saved the best until last, "The Last Castle". What a place!!! We couldn't believe it because we had driven right past it the first week and never saw it. That drive is unbelievable, you just keep going along that beach road (actually more beach than road), when we saw the sign for the restaurant we were shocked because having gone to the beach where the Turtles lay their eggs the week before, we just didn't see it. If you're not looking out for it, you would never know it was there. The food was simple and tasty; the BBQ lamb had a flavour to die for.
We will return soon, we love to travel to different places but for us, this would be a great place to chill for a week and get away from the cold of England. I have told quite a few friends about Villa Hunter so hopefully that will keep you going for the next few years.
Thanks again for all your comments, advice and information on the Villa, Cyprus, directions and everything, it really helped us to settle in quickly and therefore relax, which is what it’s all about.

Fantasic villa with great views
Date of Stay: September 2010
We would like to take this opportunity to say what a lovely time we had at Villa Hunter. The villa was very clean and tidy and decor very impressive. The views from the pool and bedroom are gorgous. The location was ideal for Tala square where we spend most nights at Mario's bar and the gorgous restaurants around the square and Tala. We took along our parents with us and our 3 year old daughter whom all had a lovely time, infact I think it is the first holiday my dad has been on that he didn't want to come home.

This was our first ( and definatly not last ) time in Cyprus, how we picked Tala, an amazing lovely village with fantastic restaurants I don't know, even more amazingly I don't know how we picked Villa Hunter, I am reluctant to write how lovely it is, in case we can't get booked next year ! Every morning I sat on the balcony with my coffee, the kids in the pool thinking a view cant get much better than this.
The villa has everything you could wish for, heated pool, and the VIEW.
Thankyou again and will rebook soon

Villa Hunter - The Review (That sounds formal)

wow
We would like to take this opportunity to say what a lovely time we had at Villa Hunter. The villa was very clean and tidy and decor very impressive. The views from the pool and bedroom are gorgous. (just a shame the remaining villas aren't finished around about). The location was ideal for Tala square where we spend most nights at Mario's bar and the gorgous restaurants around the square and Tala. We took along our parents with us and our 3 year old daughter whom all had a lovely time, infact I think it is the first holiday my dad has been on that he didn't want to come home.
Relaxation guaranteed.
Having stayed in Paphos before and not being overly impressed I hadn't anticipated such a difference in how I felt about it.
The accomodation is gorgeous and spacious with eveything you need from books, an iron and board, toys for the pool and it feels safe as houses, something important to us as a party of girls. [I would have liked a dishwasher but with 4 of us the burden of washing up was diluted!]
I felt instantly relaxed and loved the early morning starts. Initially was disappointed to see clouds but quickly learnt that the clouds blow over before you know it and the sun comes out making sunbathing bearable!
Tala is a tiny village but offered all you could need if you didn't want to venture further. Restaurants in the village offered traditional cuisine to home comfort food but to a standard that I hadn't expected.Friendly and inexpensive bars and shops for those essentials.
The position of the villa for us made a car essential although we are youngsters but being on a steep hill made the thought of walking in the heat to the village unappealing. Having said that the position of the villa boasts great views and makes it feels exclusive. Driving was easy and although the locals aren't the best drivers there aren't enough of them to worry about!
Exploring the area was easy by car and visiting the harbour, beaches and the Last Castle restaurant as suggested was the highlight of the holiday, gorgeous setting and food, couldn't get over it.
What we found the best experience was that everything described in all the information, is spot on, not misleading and really helpful, which makes a refreshing change for things to really be, too good to be true!
5 out of 5 5 Villa Hunter, Paphos, Cyprus
What an absolutely brilliant holiday we had, the villa was 5 star Plus the peace and quiet was heaven, I totally appreciated the labeling on every thing -- no guess work needed. Dave gave us lots of tips on the way to the villa he was a great help, and pleasant with it, Donna was lovely too,We ate well in Tala good value for money, but I wouldnt like to walk home from the square after a bottle of wine just too far.
I'm sure you know how lucky you are to have such a beautiful villa thankyou once again. WE'LL BE BACK !!!
Total luxury
A wonderfil villa, that is kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Tala is a beautiful little village, and the choice of restaurants is great. Really easy to get to form the airport, and a short drive into Paphos. Ideal for families, we had the most relaxing time, even with my 1 year old. A cot was made available with bedding, and the kitchen was better than at home. We will be back every year, if they will have us!! Faye and Finley
Villa Hunter
We spent a delightfull 3 weeks at Villa Hunter during November. The quality of the villa, pool, furnishings and fitments are all first class as are the views and the quiet location.
The villa is within easy reach, would recomend car hire, of numerous shops, taverns and restaurants in the local area. For golfers there are 3 good golf courses, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills within a 20 min drive varous beaches are also within easy reach.
We would definitely return for another holiday in the villa.
My Holiday In Tala
What a great villa!. the villa is clean and well presented and a lot better than you'd expect from a holiday villa.Tala is a great base with loads of great restaurants and a great bar - Mario's. im sure you come across it in the square. we liked Tala as it closer enough to paphos if you wanted a crash bang wallop night out but farther enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. All in all a very relaxing holiday and we will be going again.
