This first floor apartment, of 3 floors, is serviced by a lift directly from the secure basement garage and is approximately 20 minutes from the city centre and circular quay; these can be reached by car, bus or ferry. It is set in the harbour side parkland of Huntley's Cove and provides for harbour side walks and boating.
The apartment is fully reverse cycle air conditioned. Full ADSL / WiFi / Broadband facilities. A lift provides easy access to all floors including the basement garage. Ideal for the disabled.
The parkland of Huntley's Cove sits on Sydney harbour providing great running and walking tracks. The complex has tennis courts, a gym, a library, swimming pool, jacuzzi and an on site restaurant for those lazy evenings. The dining area is part of the open plan and also opens on to the patio where a gas fird barbeque awaits with balcony dinning chairs etc. There private off street parking in this quiet complex of 12 apartments.
The famous Bondi beach is 10km away but an even better option is to take the ferry to Manly beach (no driving) and visit Le Kiosk restaurant. There are over 50 beaches to choose from in Sydney. Sydney has over 120 golf courses and these can be found close by and all over the city. Snow skiing is available within 4 hours drive from Sydney in the Snowy Mountains from mid June to mid October.
The harbour offers wonderful sailing, water skiing, wind surfing and canoeing. There are great walking and running tracks around the harbour with many cycle ways. About 2 hours away to the west are the Blue Mountain offering wonderful mountain climbing, and about 3 hours to the north is the oldest of Australia's wine areas, the Hunter Valley. About 4 hours to the South West are the Snowy Mountains where one can enjoy great skiing between mid June and mid October each year. If sunning and swimming are your pastime there are over 50 beaches in Sydney to choose from.

Sydney International airport is about 10km away by car and the underground motorway makes for easy access - allow 30 minutes. A car is not essential to enjoy Sydney however it is essential to visit the environs.
