This is a luxurious 1 bedroom self catering apartment overlooking the pool and sun lounge, with partial views of the sea in the distance.

Sunny Beach: Sunny Beach is about 5km from St. Vlas, which will cost no more than 20 Lev (£6.00) in a taxi or 1 Lev (40 pence) by bus and will take around 2 / 3 minutes. Or you could walk the shoreline, but that is about 45 minutes! Sunny beach has one of the longest stretches of beach in the region and gets very busy in the height of summer (so if you decide to grab a sun bed in sunny beach, you might want to get there early)!! Throughout the day and night, Sunny Beach offers an array of shops, boutiques and market stalls offering a wide range of merchandise including discounted imitation clothing and cigarettes. The area also has a mass of restaurants that are very reasonable and will also cater for children (you may need to ask as most, but not all restaurants offer high chairs for infants). You will also find a McDonalds and KFC (as well as Indian and Chinese) in and around the centre.

Nessebar / Old Nessebar: The beautiful historic town (one of the oldest in Europe) of Old Nessebar is situated on a peninsular on the opposite side of the bay from St. Vlas. It is surrounded by a fort wall and has oldie worldly houses and ruins throughout its narrow cobbled streets. With lots of shops, bars and wonderful scenic places to eat, this town is well worth a visit. Each restaurant you pass will try to coax you in, but don't be afraid to say no and walk around first! There is a boat service that goes to and from the St. Vlas Marina that will take you over to Nessebar hourly. It’s a bit more expensive than a taxi, but a great way to travel to this fantastic town. Nessebar New Town has some good shops which isn't as busy as sunny beach and seems to offer a better selection of restaurants. * We will require a 50% deposit payment on booking with an additional £75.00 security/damage deposit (which is refundable following your return).
We require the final 50% payment one month before arrival date.
Note: if the final 50% payment is not paid at the required date, the property will be re-advertised for these dates and you will lose your deposit.
For payments by international bank transfer (the fees for which are payable by the customer), it may be beneficial to complete a single transfer as the fees can be as much as £25.00 per transfer depending on your bank.
