The Watermill (Vodenitzata) holiday apartment complex has views that overlook the Blacksea. It has easy access to Sunny beach.
Our rental apartment comes fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. There is a safe deposit box for your valuables, a hairdryer, DVD player and discs, washing machine (and instructions),and a fridge freezer so that you can add ice to your drinks!

The Watermill apartment rental is ideally situated for all the complexes of the Dinevi Resort andwithin easy walking distance to the beach.
Our Bulgarian holiday apartment rental is ideally placed to while away your days enjoying the weather on StVlas Beach or Sunny Beach, and your evenings enjoying the nightlife in Sunny Beach or the restaurants in St Vlas.
The apartment comprises one bedroom a double sofa bed and a fold up single bed, in total. This gives room for up to five people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The apartment has one bathroom for your party's use. Air-conditioning units keep the apartment cool in the summer and keeps you snug and warm in the colder months.
The apartment has television DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play CD’s.
There is room for four in the living room and four in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. We have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
As The Watermill is one of the Dinevi complexes, renters are welcome to use any of the other amenities/facilities available at the following complexes; The Diamond the Monastry the Bells the Lazur one and two The Dolce Vita.
