Description
The Garden of Eden boasts 7 outdoor pools, 3 restaurants, piano/beach and pool bars, 2 tennis courts, on-site supermarket, medical facility and a full program of water sports down on the beach. Guests also have use of 5 Star hotels indoor pool, gym, sauna and whirlpool for a small extra charge.
The airy, open planned living room with sea views has an L-shaped sofabed, and armchair, 32" LCD TV with 64 channels and air con. The dining area has a table seating 6. The lounge door opening to the main balcony with table & chairs - you can hear the waves crashing on the beach!! The apartment also has a utility room with washing machine.
The main balcony overlooks sea. The second balcony off bedroom 2 has views to Nessebar. Towels & linen included once a week or you can ask for a clean on request for a small fee.
The Garden of Eden is the perfect place for a relaxing or more lively holiday. Take it your own pace. The complex is situated on its own beach front. The St Vlas Marina & blue flag beach is barely 100 metres away The marina has plenty of bars and good restaurants. Sunny Beach is a more lively resort offering an abundance of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops - being only a 5 minute taxi ride away. If you want a change from lying on the beach and relaxing, how about going on a donkey safari, an off road jeep adventure. St Vlas village is a few minutes stroll. The nearest town is Sunny Beach which is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in the bus or taxi. Nessebar is only a 15 minute taxi ride. Sunny Beach has the longest blue flag beach in Bulgaria and offers water sports and safe swimming.

The village of St Vlas is a 10 miunte walk or you can catch a taxi for a small fee from reception.St Vlas is an attractive village benefiting from substantial improvements and development including a new 300+ birth marina and is fast becoming the 'Puerto Banus' (marina in Marbella) of the Black Sea Coast. A 5 minute walk along the coast to the see the exclusive boats & yaucts. Enjoy a drink or meal looking over the Marina or have a cocktail on the beach.

The Black Sea Coast is a beautiful area with a Mediterranean climate, sandy beaches backed by forests and famous for its fantastic air quality. Don’t forget to visit Nessebar Old town, just 15 minutes away by bus or taxi. Explore the narrow cobbled streets and discover its unique colour and architecture - great to visit during the day or in the evening. How about a cruise along the coastline, visit the Balkan mountains, or one of the beautiful monasteries. You could hire a boat from the marina in Saint Vlas.
Travel links are very good with Bourgas Airport only 25 minutes away and Varna Airport is 90 minutes away. Please contact us as we can arrange your collection from the airport. Airport pick up and return from Bourgas at a cost of £50.00 for 4 people 2009.
