The open plan ground floor is furnished in a contemporary Caribbean style with ceiling fans and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas leading on to the covered patio and private enclosed garden, ideal for sheltered and cool dining. The lounge features cable TV with large LCD TV, DVD, ipod player and wireless internet.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom features a Super King sized bed.
Use the Communal club house with pool, changing rooms and exercise room (due Jan 2012) or take a short 5 minute trip to the Sandy Lane beach or the Beach House. Water sports are available at the nearby Paynes Bay whilst golf is well served by a number of courses all less than 30 mins drive away. At night there is a wide range of local restaurants from Bajan through to famous gourmet restaurants.

Grantley Adams International Airport is about 40 minutes drive away and easy to navigate. We would recommend hiring a car during your stay. However taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced (costing about US $45 from the airport). We are happy to recommend and help you in this process.
The local “yellow” buses are part of the Bajan experience, are very frequent and will transport you for $1.5, north to Holetown and Speightstown and south to Bridgetown. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.
Ideal Holiday home
The house was better than advertised! It is fully equipped and everything has been thought of from the smooth booking, the “meet and greet” through to the crockery, glasses, laundry, cooking utensils and juicer for those early evening cocktails! All has been tastefully thought out.
There was also maps, books on the island and plenty of guides. Sandra is a very accommodating Housekeeper, nothing was too much trouble. The quietness of the area provides tranquillity but within 5 minutes you can be in the heart of Holetown and dancing in the piano bar! In the small development, the pool area and pool house are a welcoming retreat after a day out, quite often you have the pool to yourself!
Fantastic Location
As this was our 1st time in Barbados we found the location ideal. It is only a few minutes to Sandy Lane and Paynes Bay beaches and is ideally located to explore the rest of the island. We were greeted on arrival by Sandra who made us feel very welcome. The Townhouse is quiet and peaceful but ideally located on the West coast for the beaches, restaurants and happy hours! We made good use of the pool and were able to enjoy quiet evening meals in the rear garden. Despite being new the house has a real Caribbean flavour and is furnished to a very high standard, was spotless and had everything we needed. The 24 hour security gave us peace of mind. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in Barbados. We would be more than happy to stay again!
Unbeatable Value
The four of us had a dream holiday in Barbados. We could not have found a better place to stay. We mixed typical beach holidaying with golf and went to some fabulous local restaurants as well as eating in on a couple of occasions. The Falls is right next to the Sandy Lane Estate and means that you get the location without the cost. It is very quiet and relaxing but very handy to get to beaches, shops and the nightlife in Holetown. The house is superbly equipped and is furnished in authentic Caribbean with a monkey theme! I would definitely recommend it.
