Description
The Sunny Beach Complex is a stunning modern private complex only five minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurant. Supermarket is two minutes away. The complex has superior facilities with 24 hour security, two beautiful separate swimming pools - children's and adults - sunloungers around the pool, pool bar, green spaces, free parking lots. The location is in one of the most sought after areas of Sunny Beach in the quieter upmarket area close to five star complexes. Inside the complex there is a reception, lobby bar, restaurant and lifts to all floors.
The apartment which is air conditioned is on the fourth floor with fantastic views from the balcony over the complex and down to the beach. It sleeps four with one double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living area. The apartment is fully furnished with all modern facilities.
It is close to the St Vlas / Nessebar main road with regular bus services to the local towns and area, including Bourgas.
Sunny Beach is a large bay with an 8 km stretch of beach which is 50 metres wide and made up of lovely golden sand. The sea is safe for bathing being gently sloping and the water is clear and warm.
During the summer season the temperature averages 27 degrees C with long hours of sunshine every day. Rainfall is rare. The resort has over 100 hotels as well as apartment and holiday villages. Apart from the beach there is lots to do during the day - waterpark, children's playgrounds and play areas, cafes and restaurants open right through until early morning, open air theatre, and especially the large variety of street stalls set up all along the promenade where you can shop for all your souvenirs and bring home lots of bargains.
At night the resort comes to life with night clubs, bars, discos and a variety of entertainment facilities to suit all age groups - or you can just taek a leisurely stroll along the prom. There are lots of excursions where you can go out into the countryside and see how the native people live or you can hire a car and travel leisurely to places off the beaten track. Or take a boat trip around the coast and see the bays and inlets and the fishing villages around the coast.

There are two swimming pools; the children's pool is gently sloping with a water fountain. The adult pool has a magnificent cascading waterfall. There are sunbeds, tables, and parasols as well as a pool bar. The pool has a shower and toilets. There are open areas of grass and landscaped gardens around the complex. Also included is a tennis court / 5 a side football area. There is secure parking . The restaurant has a varied menu with a wide screen TV. not necessary This resort is located on the Black Sea coast which has become very popular for tourism in the last decade. It has a varied environment - mountains, plains, rivers, sea. It has a very attractive climate especially in the summer. From May to October the weather is hot, dry and sunny. The beaches are particularly enticing with long stretches of golden sand and crystal clear warm water. Contrasting with the coast there are large areas of nature reserves and protected areas inland. To the south the thick forests contrast with small quiet beaches. |

Directions
Bourgas airport is 35 kms (25 mins) from Sunny Beach with flights from May to October. There are also flights throughout the year into Varna which is 95 kms away. The main charter airlines fly into Bourgas - Thompson, Balkan, Thomas Cook, First Choice. A Google will give details of the best prices for flights - Skydeals, Cheap flights and Travelrepublic. Wizz Air fly direct from Luton. There are taxis from the airport into Sunny Beach which are very reasonable - 40 - 50 levs per journey.
