Brand new large 1 bed apartment(63 sq mtrs) 3rd (top) floor apartment with view of two of the pools from a very spacious long balcony.The double bedroom leads out onto the long balcony facing south which gets the sun all day long .Very comfy sofa bed in the large airy dining area + fold up bed would comfortably sleep family of 4 and 5 if with children.
Complexes have everything on site from restaurants,shop,supermarket, medical centre, children's playground etc.
Sunny beach can be very lively in parts, the hotels ,restaurants,bars,clubs stretch for miles along the sea front. There is a great mix of everything you expect from a big resort and it is ideal for families and single people alike. For a more sedate time the nearby region of the 400 year old town of Nessebar is a beautiful historic place to visit with countless restaurants located on the many cobbled narrow streets and is a must see. Dishes of all kinds are available and should meet everybodys taste.The many Fish restaurants especially are not to be missed.
Nessabar with its beautiful harbour, fortress walls and medieval buildings can be reached by the small frequent road train as can the smaller harbour of St Vlas which is quieter and on the other side of Sunny Beach but has a lovely square with several restaurants/bars and makes a welcome change from the hussle and bussle of the main resort.

Great apartment very good complex
Spent 2 weeks in this apartment in July 2010 the place was clean, well equipped and very conveniently located in the resort. The complex is well maintained and the facilities are 1st class. Would definitely recommend this complex and this apartment to anyone.

Very enjoyable. 3rd time visited. Lots of nearby amenities. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Excellent choice of pools.
