This comfortable chalet is situated in between the areas Kreischberg and Turracher Höhe. Kreischberg can be reached in about five minutes by car and Turracher Höhe in about fifteen minutes by car, and with more than 200 days of sun, both areas are very popular. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Stadl, which is only three minutes by car.

The chalet consists of two floors. Entrance on the ground floor with seperate toilet. Comfortably and completely newly furnished living room with sofa bed for two persons and flatscreen TV. From the living room you have access to the large terrace of 30 m2 and garden of 100 m2. Completely equipped kitchen with a.o. fridge / freezer, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
