* You pay 10 % deposit via PayPal to book. You pay the remaining 90 % on arrival.

Children below 10 are free.
Children above 10: £5 extra per child per night.
If more than 2 adults, then £10 extra per adult per night.
* Deposits are not refunded if cancellations are less than 2 weeks.
All other cancellations which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but are subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation according to availability. For any reason, if I decide to cancel due to urgent renovations or any problems , the deposit will be refunded in full immediately and the customer will have to make their own alternative accommodation arrangement.
