° 1 room with 2 single beds (view on the courtyard), air-conditioning, plus another single camp bed in a mezzanine.

Bathrooms and showers are spacious and comfortable. All bathrooms have two washbasins and the 3 separate toilets (2 on top floor and 1 on ground floor) have their own washbasins. The master bedroom has en-suite 1 bathroom, with bathtub, shower, toilets, bidet and 2 washbasins. The bedroom with double bed and the room with 2 single beds, are sharing the same bathroom (bathtub and 2 washbasins). Plus 2 separate toilets for the comfort of the guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has 2 dish washers, 2 fridges (standard and American fridge), a Piano Cooker with 2 ovens, 4 ring stoves and a wok/grill. A washing machine, tumbler-drier, expresso coffee maker, microwave, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal...

At your arrival, you will be welcome by the owners who will serve a light meal, then you can enjoy the tasting of one of our famous Rosé: please take it easy! You could chill out after a long journey and make your own way the following day for your grocery in one of our local supermarket. Breakfast stuff (tea, milk, bakery...) will be in the fridge for your 1st day. Flowers, soap, toilet paper, bedding and towels will be ready for you!

The dining room has a beautiful Marble table with antic Greek chairs. But summer time, life is happening on terraces, next to the pool and in the garden. On the covered terrace, the large white table can easily accommodate 10/12 people for lunch and dinner. The kitchen has a large window opening on that terrace, which is practical to pass on meals from the kitchen to the table.

We have 2 large living rooms: an area for parents to relax (10 people) and an area for young people to watch TV, read or play on internet games (10 people) ...

The villa is very well equipped for the comfort of our guests, which makes it an easy living house for families with children or couples. Children will appreciate the family room with a large Plasma T.V. and some games (our children will indeed want to lend to our young guests...) and parents will be delighted to have access to a WIFI high speed internet plus a fax connexion to stay in touch with business!!! A gas barbecue and a large outdoor dining table for 10 or 12 people (covered terrace) will allow you to enjoy your holidays. You will also appreciate to rest on a four poster bed (lace curtains and large pillows) installed on terrace covered of Wisteria trees with a nice scent. After a good swim in the large pool (16 x 6m), you will love to relax on the tilting deckchairs. Guests who don't like to sit in a sun, will enjoy the shade of two oversized parasols. A tennis table will be appreciated by both children and parents. Young men will then try to keep up with they dad!!!
