Details of key pick-up, meeting local agent, etc., sent by email and registered post on lodgement of final payment.

Final payment must include € 500 security deposit against breakages, etc. This will be refunded once the apartment is cleaned and checked following departure.

Rates include up to € 50 electricity charges. Meter readings at start and finish, and any overuse will be deducted from deposit. This allowance is enough for normal use of electricity and air conditioning for 6-8 hours per day.

The master bedroom has a patio door leads to garden and patio. Full en-suite with marble topped surfaces to sink. Bath, rain forest shower head, flexible shower hose, WC. Bedroom has flat screen TV with SKY (bring your own card) and French TV. Alarm clock radio with iPod dock. Ample storage in fitted wardrobes. Floors are tiled in cool tiles. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a WC but they each have their own shower room, with rain forest shower head. Bedroom 2 is a large double. Bedroom 3 can be configured as a King Sized double or a twin (single beds join together). Please advise in advance. All bedrooms have iPod dock, flat screen TV, DVD, and shared access to SKY, (use your own card). Wireless internet can be accessed in all bedrooms. Master faces south. Other bedrooms are at the front of the apartment and face North. All are very quiet, far away from roads and any noise. Beds are hotel quality. All bedrooms have separate air conditioning controls.

Bathrooms are luxuriously fitted in granite, fully tiled floor to ceiling, and all have high quality, ultra-modern fittings and fixtures. En-suite to Master Bedroom has large bath, with grab rails, glass shower door, rain forest shower with separate flexible hose. This bathroom has large sink, with storage underneath, and a WC. There is a heated towel rail. The other two bedrooms each have a shower room, with glass enclosure, rain forest shower, separate sink on granite top, and storage for towels underneath. They both have heated towel rails, and they share a separate WC.

Self Catering Hints and Tips: When you arrive, just pop down to the village to get essentials. There is a Spar supermarket open until 7 every day, and also a butcher, fishmonger, bakery, chemist, bank, post office, train station, wine shop, and 2 cafes. If you are feeling lazy, there is a take-away pizza van in the village every evening. For a gourmet meal at home, the butcher has a great selection of veg dishes, pies, and hot cooked meals that just need a minute in the microwave. If you fancy cooking at home, try some local fish on the BBQ. For your main shopping, there is a huge E.L'Eclerc supermarket just 5 minutes away, with amazing fish, local meats, paella, and of course wine. Be daring with your wine selections. You can drink lovely fresh local wine for around € 2 - € 3 a bottle!

Very safe for young children. Gate (lockable) leading from garden to pool area. Key access to pool. Pool open 9-9 May - Sept. Secure, gated residential community with good mix of permanent residents and visitors. Bus to St. Raphael stops outside main gate (10 min. by bus or 5 min. by car). Local train station, post office, bank and shops 400 metres away. Large supermarket is 5 minutes.drive. Beaches start at 400 meters walk, and go on for miles (14 sandy beaches in Boulouris alone!) Lots of restaurants to suit families, couples, or gourmets. Water parks, water sports, flying, gliding, hill walking, museums, a zoo, golf, and beaches makes this a superb holiday base. Patio gets the evening sun, and if you feel lazy after a busy day, there is nothing better than relaxing outside, with a nice glass of wine, and popping some fresh local fish or meat onto the barbecue.
