A very nice and quiet south France villa set in amongst the green with a distant sea view, located in the quiet area of "Val de Rian". This charming property is just a short drive from Pampelone Beach. Surrounded by vineyards, it is a very private and peaceful location, surrounded by Mediterranean landscape and trees. Although the property is secluded, it is also very close to the centre of St Tropez.
This Provence holiday house is set in a level garden, with flowers, grass area, pine trees and vines. There is a large 12 m x 6 m swimming pool with steps in a corner and a covered area at one end of the terrace for relaxing and dining out. The large and flat lawn garden in front of the house is great for children to run freely.
Styled in the traditional stone exterior, with painted window shutters, the house looks out onto the inspiring rolling countryside, from a higher vantage point.
The interiors are newly decorated and furnished with style and simplicity in neutral tones. The interior walls are whitewashed enhancing the exposed painted wooden beams. The house is tiled throughout with natural terracotta flooring and the rooms are very tastefully furnished with country style beds, tables chairs and lovely lamps.
