La Quietude is situated in the south of France five km outside the village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, close to the town of Fréjus. The house is on a small development called “Green Village” next to a golf course. The villa has three bedrooms and is conveniently located near the coast and A8 autoroute and about one hour from Nice airport.
The 'Green Village' residence has a most appealing and peaceful location, next to the golf course 'Golf de Roquebrune' and has views over the surrounding fields and pine forest with the Bay of Fréjus in the distance. There is a superb swimming pool for the use of residents and their guests.
The villa is available all year round and has a large terraced garden, large shaded patio area, boule pitch and has parking for two cars, suitable for families or groups up to six.

* A rental contract will be issued at the time of booking.
A deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking. A separate returnable damage security deposit of £250 or Euros 300 is required in addition to the balance of payment, 10 weeks before arrival.
Payments can be sent by cheque, via bank transfer or PayPal.
All bookings include laundry charges and an end of stay clean, however please ensure that you leave the property as you would expect to find it. Additional cleaning may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
Changeover times are 10:00 on day of departure and 16:00 on day of arrival.
Midweek arrivals and departures are available on request.
**Please note electricity is not included November to end April inclusive**
