It is situated at the less-developed end of the island in a small, private development comprising just 10 luxury villas, and offers well-equipped, spacious accommodation and a private pool. You can enjoy the villa purely as a luxurious, peaceful retreat from the daily grind, or as a base from which to explore the rest of this amazing island. Spice of Life is only 10 minutes from the second largest town, although once you've begun to unwind by the pool, you may not want to go anywhere else.
Spice of Life is a part of Castles in Paradise, a private community of 10 villas. They are all designed to look like castles hence the name. The villa is only 10 minutes' drive from international airport, but the villa is not on the flight path! The more developed North of the island is 1 to 2 hours from the international airport. The nearest town, Vieux Fort, second largest on the island, is 10 minutes away and has supermarkets, banks, shops, garages, chemists, doctors and local markets. Nearest beach is about 5 minutes away (Vieux Fort Bay). Its about 15 minutes to Laborie (on Caribbean side). There are beautiful beaches all the way around the coast to the World Famous Pitons. By the time you have reached the Pitons, you will have passed plantations, rain-forests and a volcano. At the North of the island, you will find duty free shopping and the capital Castries as well as many restaurants.

St Lucia: St Lucia is, without doubt, the jewel of the Caribbean - a lush, tropical gem sitting between the calm Caribbean Sea to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. It offers an array of beautiful habitats, from steep coastlines and glorious beaches, to mountainous rainforest and stunning reefs. There's plenty to explore, whether you are in the mood for shopping in the bustling capital, Castries, trekking through the rainforest to take in the breathtaking spires of Les Pitons, or losing yourself in the history and culture of the island, such as the 18th century British fort or the annual jazz festival. On our website, you'll find some more detailed information about the island, as well as some useful links.
