Villa Filip is a secluded hideaway nestling within 2500 square m of mature gardens. It is accessed via a private drive, and has no immediate neighbours, just orchards all around the property, guaranteeing seclusion.
A private pool with Roman steps which is not overlooked at all, and wonderful uninterrupted views over banana plantations to the sea and hills complete the picture.
A phone line for local calls is provided.
The rugged Sea Caves coastline and its pretty coves are within walking distance, and the undeveloped Akamas National Park and Coral Bay are both 5 minutes drive away.

All on the ground floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower/w.c., large balcony with outstanding sea views, 1 twin bedroom with adjoining shower/w.c., comfortable lounge/diner for 6. Well equipped kitchen includes a toaster and a bar.
Outside: Back garden equipped with seating areas and built in brick BBQ area with food preparation area. Mature garden, private parking and shaded area. Large covered front terrace with seating overlooking pool. There are 3 steps to access the terrace and a further one at villa entrance. Shower.

Pristine villa in ideal location, great owner
We had a great time here,which was helped by the good weather we had. We were a little pesimistic as to how warm it would be and whether the children and myself would take full advantage of the pool, but we did most days.
The villa was just right for us, an ideal size with all the amenities we could have wanted. There were plenty of towels, it was all very clean and tidy and in an ideal location. The villa will be perfect with a new kitchen installed.
We met the owner Philip on two occasions, firstly when we arrived he gave us a warm greeting and told us everything we needed to know. Then secondly he came round to wash down the pool area and patio at the back. We did have strong winds one of the days, which blew a lot of leaves and berries from the trees in and around the pool area, however I beat him to this and cleared them myself (I quite enjoyed sweeping outside in the morning and removing insects etc from the pool).
Nicole was very friendly and offered a lot of information (trips etc.) but we didn't venture far to be honest. We went to the beach in Polis one of the days, and had several trips into Pafos.
Anyone visiting Cyprus will soon see for themselves what a lovely place it is.
Thanks for all your help, guidance and kind emails, hopefully we'll be in touch one day in the future for another visit.
