Description

A 5 min drive takes you to the historic harbour of Charlestown and the beautiful beach of Porthpean. Fowey, Pentewan and the Gardens of Heligan are a 10min drive from the cottage. Bay View Cottage offers spacious accommodation for either family holidays or romantic breaks. There is a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor- one double and one twin bedroom. Downstairs, the living room is furnished with a corner sofa bed, flat-screen tv and dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a washing machine. There is also a conservatory which offers further seating for relaxing. There is also a games room with a pool/table tennis table. Outside there is a private front garden and also 3 acres of grounds to explore that is shared with the owners. Directions

Take directions for the Eden Project and St Austell off the A30. Once on the A391, continue taking directions for St Austell until reaching 'The Carclaze' on the left. Continue down the A391 down the hill and at the roundabout take the turning for 'Trethurgy'. You will find Bay View Cottage one minute down the road on the left.
